Ltd. ’s Automatic Spot Labeling Machine is an advanced labeling system designed to apply self-adhesive labels to a specific area (spot) on a product with high precision and efficiency. This machine guarantees that labels are only put to certain areas, including the front, rear, top, bottom, or a precise point on bottles, jars, boxes, or other packaging materials, in contrast to wraparound or full-surface labeling machines. The labels are securely applied to products using sponge rollers or nylon brushes, ensuring firm adhesion. The machine is equipped with AC drives for speed control and stepper or servo motors for precise and smooth operation. Sensors detect product presence to ensure labels are applied accurately, while a spacing mechanism prevents misalignment by maintaining the correct distance between labels. A PLC and HMI control system allows for automated operation, offering easy parameter adjustments and real-time monitoring. Additionally, the system includes an automatic stop function in case of machine failure or label depletion, ensuring efficiency and reducing downtime. This machine operates using a sensor-based positioning system that detects the product and ensures precise label placement. The servo-driven label applicator dispenses labels at the correct timing, while rollers, brushes, or air blowers ensure firm adhesion without wrinkles or air bubbles. A PLC touchscreen control panel allows operators to adjust settings such as label position, speed, and application pressure to suit different product shapes and sizes.
