The process begins as empty containers are placed on a load-cell-equipped platform. The system detects the container’s weight and starts the filling process. Liquid is dispensed through drip-proof nozzles, and the machine continuously monitors the net weight to ensure precise filling. Once the target weight is reached, the nozzle shuts off automatically, preventing overfilling. The filled container then moves forward for capping, sealing, or labeling. The entire operation is controlled through PLC and HMI, allowing easy adjustments and monitoring.
