An Automatic Single Head ROPP/Screw Capping Machine by Megma International Pvt. Ltd. is a compact and efficient system designed for sealing bottles with ROPP or screw caps It ensures safe and impenetrable sealing and is widely used in the chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic sectors. The machine is suitable for small to medium production volumes and can handle various container sizes with minimal changeover time. Bottles are transported to the capping station via a conveyor system, where a cap-feeding mechanism attaches the cap to the container to start the process. After that, a regulated torque is applied by the servo-driven or pneumatic capping head to firmly seal the cap. By creating threads on the aluminum cap, threading rollers for ROPP caps produce an ideal seal. Once sealed, the container is ready for additional processing, such labeling or packaging. Precision torque adjustment and seamless operation are made possible by the PLC and HMI that manage the entire system.
